Materials
Hardened steel conical burrs, anodised aluminium body, stainless shaft on double bearings. The double bearing is what keeps the burrs concentric, and it is the difference between this and a twenty dollar grinder.
Care
Brush the burrs out monthly. Once a year, take the burr assembly apart with the supplied key and clean it properly — coffee oils go rancid and you will taste it before you see it.
