The coffee
Washed Colombian decaffeinated by the sugarcane EA method at a plant in the Cauca valley. Around 97% of the caffeine is removed, which is what decaf means everywhere — no process takes all of it.
Brewing
Same as the house blend, 60g per litre. Decaf beans are more brittle so they grind slightly finer at the same setting; go one notch coarser if it tastes muddy.
