The coffee
70% washed Colombia from the Huila department, 30% natural Ethiopia from Guji. Farmgate prices are printed on the bag. When either lot runs out the blend changes and we say so on the product page rather than keeping the name and swapping the contents.
Brewing
60g per litre for filter. Give it four days from the roast date before the first brew — fresh coffee off the cooling tray is still degassing and will taste thin. Keep the bag closed at room temperature, not in the fridge.
